Therapy for Trauma, Identity, College Students and Relationships—With Specialized ADHD and Autism Testing for Adults
You might feel stuck in patterns you can’t quite break, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure how to make sense of parts of yourself. Maybe relationships feel harder than they should, or you’ve been carrying experiences that continue to show up in your life in ways you don’t fully understand.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I provide a supportive, affirming space for adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I also specialize in comprehensive ADHD and Autism assessments for adults who are looking for clear answers and a path forward. I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and PSYPACT-authorized to provide telehealth services across most states.
How I Can Help
Support That Meets You Where You Are
Everyone’s experience is different. Therapy and assessment are tailored to your needs, your pace, and your goals. As a doctoral-level licensed psychologist, I provide the specialized, individualized care that you DESERVE to help you better understand yourself and move forward in a meaningful way. I’m here for you.
Individual Therapy
When life feels overwhelming, stuck, or just heavier than it should, it's hard to know how to move forward—or to remember that you don't have to do it by yourself. In individual therapy, we'll explore the anxiety, transitions, identity questions, and old patterns weighing you down, while also making space for your strengths and what makes you you. My hope is that you leave our work feeling more grounded and clear, and more connected to yourself and the life you want. Because you deserve to thrive, not just survive—and I'd love to walk that journey with you.
Trauma Therapy
What happened to you matters—and so does the way it still shows up in your life today. Trauma can leave us feeling unsafe in our own bodies, our relationships, and the world, long after the experience itself has passed. In our work together, we'll move at your pace to build safety, make sense of the patterns you've been carrying, and gently create room for healing. You don't have to hold any of it alone—I'll be right there walking alongside you.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
This is a space where you get to show up as your full, authentic self—no editing, no explaining, no shrinking. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I know how exhausting it can be to navigate identity, relationships, and a world that doesn't always make room for you. We can honor every part of who you are and explore your experiences in a way that feels truly seen, supported, and affirmed. You deserve to feel at home in yourself, and I'd be honored to walk that path with you.
Couples Counseling
When the distance between you and your partner starts to feel bigger than the connection, it can be lonely and disheartening—even when you both still care deeply. Relationships are where so much of our joy and our pain live, and finding your way back to one another isn't always easy on your own. Together, we'll slow things down, strengthen how you communicate, and move through conflict in a way that feels safer and more grounded—so you can rebuild trust and reconnect. I'm here to help the two of you find each other again.
College Student Mental Health
College can be one of the most exciting and one of the most overwhelming seasons of life—sometimes both in the same week. Between academic pressure, new independence, relationships, and big questions about who you are, it's no wonder so many students feel anxious, burnt out, or like they're barely keeping up. Having spent years working in a university counseling center, I understand what you're navigating, and I'd be honored to offer a steady, affirming space to land. Together, we'll work through what feels heavy so you can feel more grounded, more like yourself, and able to enjoy this chapter—not just get through it.
ADHD and Autism Testing
Looking for Answers? ADHD & Autism Assessments for Adults
Sometimes the question underneath everything isn't how do I cope?—it's what's really going on?
Maybe you've spent years wrestling with focus, organization, or follow-through. Or maybe you've always felt a little different—experiencing relationships, the world, or your own senses in ways others didn't seem to. For so many adults, ADHD or autism has quietly shaped their lives long before anyone gave it a name.
I offer comprehensive, affirming ADHD and autism assessments for adults, designed to give you:
A clear, accurate understanding of how your mind works
Insight into attention, executive functioning, and the way you process the world
Personalized recommendations and next steps that fit your life
This is a thoughtful, in-depth process—never rushed, and never one-size-fits-all. More than a label, my goal is for you to walk away with real clarity, deeper self-understanding, and maybe even some relief in finally making sense of your own story.

What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like the hardest part. If you're nervous, that's completely okay—a lot of people are, and it doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. Here's what the path looks like, so it feels a little less unknown.
1. A free consultation
We'll start with a free 20-minute phone call—no pressure, no commitment. It's simply a chance for us to talk through what's bringing you in, what you're hoping for, and any questions you have about how I work. Just as importantly, it gives you a feel for me, so you can decide whether this feels like the right fit. You're always allowed to take your time with that.
2. Getting to know you
If we decide to move forward, our first sessions are really about getting to know each other. There's no rush to dive into the hardest things right away. We'll go at your pace, build a sense of safety and trust, and start to understand your story, your strengths, and what you'd like to be different. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
3. Walking the path together
From there, we'll work together toward the change and healing you're looking for. Some sessions will feel deep and tender; others might include skills, reflection, a little humor, and yes—possibly a dog or ferret making a guest appearance. Through it all, my goal is the same: to walk alongside you as you move toward a life where you're not just surviving, but truly thriving.

You don't have to have it all figured out to begin—that's what we'll do together. When you're ready, I'd be honored to hear from you.
